Project Sunride is the University of Sheffield’s student-led rocket team. We build rockets and rocket engines, with the goal of eventually reaching space.

Members of our team gain valuable hands-on and team working experience that make them better graduates. Another goal of Project Sunride is to inspire and enable students to find a career in the space industry, as well as increase STEM engagement in local youth organisations.
